Project Description:

Construction and conversion of various buildings to accommodate a total provision for

10 residential dwellings with underground car parking, including:

  • 5 x four bedroom units within the northwest building;
  • 2 x three-bedroom units within the converted heritage ‘Warrina’ building; and
  • 2 x three-bedroom and 1 x two-bedroom units within the southeast building.
